Divi Theme Fixed Position POPUP Contact Form

Divi Theme how to popup a contact form from a fixed position icon with Divi Supreme Modules Pro. Today we will be using the Supreme Modules to demonstrate this great feature. We will be creating a contact form, then saving it to the Divi Library. We will then add an icon, make it fixed position. Oncein place we can use the Divi Supreme popup extension to pop up the form from the libray when clicked. This is a great eyecatching interactive little feature to have on your Divi Website!
