Advanced SystemCare is great free software I have been using for a while. This program is free and will keep your computer running in pretty good shape. I have found it great for fixing junk files, registry errors and generally keeping my computer running quickly and cleanly. Advanced SystemCare also features some great added extras, such as, a great uninstaller that can uninstall programs with problems, and also cleans out left over program files to keep things running smoothly.
Another great feature that is included with Advanced SystemCare is Driver Booster. This program will scan your drivers and let you know if there are updates available to download. It will then download them for you at the click of a button. This does take a bit of time, especially if you have multiple driver downloads, but, I have used it to update several times, and so far everything has worked out great. I believe that drivers will download quicker with the paid ‘Pro’ version, but for me the free works just fine.
Advanced SystemCare comes with a lot of hidden features as shown in the video, such as, Turbo Boost, this terminates various background services and apps, and is great for switching between different computer uses like, work, gaming or economy modes ( The last one being really useful if you are running a laptop from a battery, it can greatly extend the battery life ).
There are also some great boot time improvers’ features in Advanced SystemCare, that will allow you to disable startup items to make your computer boot much faster. Home page protection is a useful feature included, this stops you browser home page from being changed after you install something new, which can be very annoying. There are many more great features ( Some of which are only available in Advanced SystemCare Pro should you need them ).
The Advanced SystemCare toolbox contains a great deal of useful apps, most of which are available in the free version. This is where you will find the uninstaller and driver booster programs as well as undelete and disk doctor to name but a few of the many. There is also a useful Action Center tab, here you will find messages about tasks you may wish to perform manually to improve your computers performance and stability.
Advanced SystemCare is not going to solve all of your computer issues, but as I have said before, it will really help to keep your computer running smoothly and cleanly with minimum junk. I have also used this on several occasions to speed up computers that were at a virtual standstill due to junk files and too many startup programs. In fact, the combination of running a scan with Malwarebytes, using Msconfig and then running Advanced SystemCare, has been the best way to bring many an infected, stalling and useless PC back into being useful, quick and productive units again! But, of course, the best thing about Advanced SystemCare is that it is FREE!
